[SALE ENDED] Eritrean/Ethiopian Cooking Class
In this class, you will learn to cook the following dishes:
- Shiro (spiced ground chickpeas)
- Choice of Berbere lentils or Ginger Turmeric Split Peas
- Mulokhia (Sudanese spinach)
The class includes the following main ingredients:
- Berbere Spice
- Fresh injera
- Lentils/ Split Peas
You main ingredients can be picked up at our location on Sunday February 27 between 1:00-3:00pm or delivered on Sunday/Monday between 11-2pm (make your selection at check-out).
You will also receive the recipes for each dish via email (along with the Zoom link) 2-3 days before class; to ensure all the necessary prep is completed.
This class will leave you feeling confident, inspired and ready to show-off your skills.
