VEGAN SPRING COOKING CLASS
ITS time to SPRING forward and what better way to welcome the new season than learning and exploring seasonal offerings of vegetables, fruit, herbs and spices through our cooking classes.
Join us on Sunday June 11, 12:00-3:00pm for our interactive hands-on cooking class featuring delicious salads, stews, bowls and treats. In this class, participants will be introduced to unique spices and methods of preparing wholesome spring dishes you will sure indulge in.
Class price includes all ingredients and the communal feast that follows. We encourage participants to bring along a “small” Tupperware in the event of leftover which can be shared with loved ones at home.
*** Traditional Eritrean/Ethiopian spices (Berbere, Shiro-ground spiced chickpeas) will be available for purchase to take home along with fresh injera (must pre-order-$10/5pack).
