VEGAN ERITREAN/ ETHIOPIAN COOKING CLASSES
Join us for an interactive, hands-on Vegan Eritrean/Ethiopian Cooking Class that’s about more than food—it’s a celebration of African culture, ancestry, and connection in honor of Black History Month. Rooted in centuries-old traditions, we’ll cook side by side as our ancestors did, sharing stories, laughter, and intention. Together, we’ll explore the meaning behind eating with our hands while learning to prepare fan favorites like Misir/Birsen (lentils), greens, tibs, shiro, and more.
This experience honors how food has always been a language of love, care, and resilience in our communities. We’ll close with a communal meal, breaking injera together in the spirit of unity.
